Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all Mickey Lynn jewelry. All products are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined within 7 days to have a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace at no cost. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipping, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

We will be glad to exchange any item(s) that you are not completely happy with. Mickey Lynn will issue a credit to the customer for the difference via email. Credit codes may be redeemed at any time. No credit to credit cards will be allowed. The item must be returned to Mickey Lynn in its original unused condition (including attached tags) via a major carrier with insurance. Returns which arrive after 7 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us. Any unauthorized return will be refused. All sales are final after 30 days. Remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of our pieces.

Shipping Information
Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order. Contingent on availability, please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Shipping & Handling charges will be provided at checkout and include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. For shipping rates outside the U.S., please contact us.

Custom Jewelry
Are you looking for a custom piece for that special day or night? Tell us what you are dreaming of and we will work with you to make it happen! Because each custom order is one of a kind, we cannot promise that we can reproduce any single necklace. Because custom orders are so unique, each one will be priced based on materials (stones, toggles, pendants, etc.) and labor. Jewelry Care
Mickey Lynn jewelry uses fine silver (.999), sterling silver (.925) and 14kt gold fill. 14kt gold fill is created by bonding a thick layer of 14 karat gold to a core of brass. The jewelry has much more gold than a plated product and will wear just as well as solid 14 karat gold, at a more affordable price. With proper care, your Mickey Lynn piece will last a lifetime and provide enjoyment for generations to come.

• Always remove your jewelry when performing any tasks that may expose it to sharp blows, scratches, harsh chemicals or abrasive substances.
• Store pieces separately in lined jewelry cases to avoid scratching.
• Cosmetics, perfume, hair spray and non-abrasive household chemicals can damage the precious metals and gemstones of your piece. Always wear your pieces after putting on these products, and never expose them to household chemicals.
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may change the color of some colored gemstones, so use care when exposing pieces to direct sunlight.
• Always store your pieces in a dry location and avoid exposing them to dramatic temperature changes.
• If your piece has any antiquing or oxidation in the design, please do not use a silver polish to clean it— it will take away the detail and color. Just wipe it off with a soft cloth.
