Mickey Lynn Mickey Lynn Bio

Mickey Lynn spent over ten years working as an IT professional. Feeling like something was missing in her career, she began to pursue other passions and soon discovered what the missing element was as she began to design jewelry for friends and family. Mickey’s new found “hobby” immediately became an outlet for both her technical and artistic skills. Her hidden artistic side is derived from her mother, a practicing artist. Mickey founded Mickey Lynn in 2005 with her partner Seth Shindeldecker. She attributes the balanced use of both her left and right brain as contributing factors to her entrepreneurial success.

Pursuing her passion full time in 2008, Mickey opened an Atlanta studio and gallery. She has developed fans of her work across the country and celebrities including Christina Applegate, Courtney Cox, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Lisa Edelstein, and Miley Cyrus to name a few. Mickey’s designs have also been worn on popular television shows like Access Hollywood, Dirty Sexy Money, Ghost Whisperer, Samantha Who, and The View.

Raised in the South, Mickey Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Birmingham-Southern College. She regularly challenges herself to improve her artistic skills by taking design classes and practicing new techniques. Mickey continues to evolve and refine her designs with contemporary, yet timeless patterns using the most unique and precious gemstones and metals.
